The sizing for bottoms is carefully made to closely match all the large international brands. So, pick your usual size in tight jeans or bottom for your perfect fit.

Every product page includes a link to our size chart, which provides detailed measurements to help you choose the right fit. However, since everybody is unique, personal preferences and differences may need to be taken into account.

Returns & Exchange

What is our return policy?

At Luca Julia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we offer one 30-day money-back guarantee.

Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full, free of charge.

Return Right

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt of the item. To return a product, it must be in the same condition as you received it unused, with labels remaining and in the original packaging.

We recommend that you use a traceable freight option, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved returns are refunded within 14 working days using the same payment method used in the purchase.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a free refund or refund.

Please make sure your items comply with our return policy:

We happily accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date, as long the following requirements be met:

1. Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.

2. Items must not be worn, altered, or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat, or any other substance on them.

3. We do NOT accept returns of cosmetic products.

4. We only accept returns from beach towels if they are still sealed in the plastic bag it was provided in.


Important: Always mark your parcel as "returned goods, no commercial value", and send the parcel on DDP basis.
** Import or VAT taxes are the responsibility of the customer **

Can I return multiple orders together?

Yes, you can return items from different orders together if they are all within 14 days of delivery:

1.Ensure your items meet our return policy.

2. Complete the Return Forms for all orders you are returning and include them in the return parcel; missing forms may result in your return being rejected.

3. Register both of the orders in our return portal and get your return label/ shipping instructions.  

*All returns must be registered in our return portal. Bayu is not responsible for self-shipped returns that are not registered.

Can I exchange an item?

No, unfortunately, we cannot change your order to exchange items.
If you have already received the items, please place a new order for the desired items and return the items you don't want to keep.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on when your order arrives at our warehouse. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Luca Julia gift card is the perfect gift for your friend or loved one. Our gift cards come in different values, with no expiration date.

You can have the gift card shipped to you, or if you prefer, we can send it directly to your loved one’s address for added convenience.

What is Luca Julia's warranty policy?

At Luca Julia, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that they meet the specifications outlined in each offer. We are committed to ensuring that every item is free from defects.

However, please note that our warranty does not extend to products discounted by 50% or more. Should you encounter any issues, we kindly ask that you report them to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

To protect the longevity of your swimwear, we recommend avoiding exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, sunscreen, deodorant, makeup, or hair products, as these may compromise the fabric. Additionally, any repairs or alterations made without our consent will unfortunately void the warranty.

At Luca Julia, your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience with our brand.

What payment methods does Luca Julia accept?

At Luca Julia, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. That's why we offer a variety of payment options, including AmexApple PayiDealKlarnacredit cards, and PayPal.

If you prefer, you can also pay via bank transfer. Just keep in mind that your order will be shipped once we’ve received the payment.

Delivery Area:
Worldwide Shipping on All Orders

Shipping Provider:
All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in China, with final delivery handled by local partner carriers. See the detailed description below for what a 3PL does.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping on all orders to Sweden. No hidden fees apply.

No Customs Fees or Surprises
You won’t pay any customs duties or import taxes—what you see at checkout is the final price, with no hidden charges upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our website here:

Failed Deliveries or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect it, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages:

Important: The inventory stored at our 3PL facility is fully owned by us. We have purchased this stock ourselves and shipped it to our 3PL. The 3PL is simply storing and managing our inventory.

Product Care

How should I wash my Luca Julia Swimwear?

Proper care of your bikini is essential to maintain its appearance and longevity. Following these guidelines will help keep your Bayu swimwear in top condition:

Do's:

  • Rinse After Use: After each wear, rinse your bikini with fresh cold water to remove salt, chlorine, and other residues.
  • Hand wash only: Use soapy water at room temperature, and wait until completely dry before storing away.
  • Dry Properly: Lay your bikini flat in the shade to dry. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause colors to fade and damage the material.
  • Handle with Care: Be cautious around rough surfaces, which can cause pulling or snagging of the fabric.

Don'ts:

  • Never wash your bikini in a washing machine or dryer:  The metal components and high heat can damage the elastic fibers. Instead, gently hand wash in soapy water at room temperature.
  • No Ironing or Dry-Cleaning: Do not iron or dry-clean your swimwear, as high heat and chemical fabric.

Additional Tips:

  • Be Cautious with Products: Fake tanning products and tanning oils may stain or damage your bikini. Ensure these products are fully dry before they come into contact with your swimwear.
  • Some sun lotions can leave an oily mark on the fabric - try to avoid direct contact of these product with the fabric, and let them dry on the skin before jumping in the water to avoid the, washing away on your bikini .
What should I avoid when caring for my Luca Julia swimwear?

Never iron your swimwear.

Do not dry clean your swimwear.

Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight, as this can fade the colors and damage the fabric.

Be careful with rough surfaces, as these can snag the fabric.

Can I use fake tan or sunscreen with my Luca Julia swimwear?

Fake tanning products can stain and potentially damage your swimwear. Ensure any tanning products are completely dry before they come into contact with your Bayu swimwear.

Sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may also mark or damage the fabric. Rinse your swimwear immediately after using these products.

Issues with your order

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Since our processing is fast, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible.

To cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@luca-julia.com with the subject line:
URGENT CANCEL ORDER.

This will help our team spot your request quickly. Please note that once your order has been dispatched and is no longer in our office, we are unable to cancel the order.

*Due to technical reasons we are not able to edit orders. If you have ordered the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order, and then you can re-order the correct item.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

We’re very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item! To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at info@luca-julia.com.
  2. Include a photo of the wrong item, and if the issue is with the size, make sure the photo clearly shows the size of the item you received.

Once we receive the details, we’ll review the situation and work on finding the best solution for you.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my delivered item?

At Luca Julia, we take great care to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition. However, if you notice any issues such as stains, tears, or other defects upon receiving your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

You can inform us about any faults within 72 hours of delivery by following these steps:

  1. Email us at info@luca-julia.com.
  2. Include a description of the issue in the email.
  3. Attach a photo of the item clearly showing the fault.

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your claim and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Please note: Claims made after 72 hours after delivery may not be accepted unless the fault is a result of a manufacturing defect.

What to do If you can’t find your delivered order?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, don’t worry — in our experience, packages are almost always found nearby. We recommend checking with neighbors, building reception, or anyone at home, like family members or roommates, as deliveries are occasionally accepted on your behalf.

Delivery scans can sometimes appear a little early, so if the package hasn’t turned up right away, it’s worth giving it 24 hours. In the rare case that it’s still missing after this time, we suggest reaching out to your local postman for more details. Of course, our team is always here to assist — simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help investigate further.
